las partes altas de la Sierra Madre Occidental, conocida como Sierra Tarahumara.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Creel forma parte de la Regi\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica \u201cBarrancas del Cobre\u201d, hogar de las comunidades Rar\u00e1muri. Comprende un sistema de ca\u00f1ones y ca\u00f1adas con una extensi\u00f3n 30,000 km2, destacando siete barrancas principales. Es un punto clave de la ruta ferroviaria Chihuahua -Pac\u00edfico, que conecta el centro-norte de M\u00e9xico con el Pac\u00edfico, calificada como una de las rutas m\u00e1s esc\u00e9nicas del mundo y que conecta con otro Pueblo M\u00e1gico, El Fuerte en Sinaloa. Desde 2007 Creel es Pueblo M\u00e1gico, nombramiento otorgado por el gobierno federal, formando parte de 132 destinos con caracter\u00edsticas aut\u00e9nticas y \u00fanicas. Forma parte de una de las Rutas M\u00e1gicas del Noroeste, promovida como \u201cMar de Cort\u00e9s-Barrancas del Cobre\u201d.<\/p><p>Creel cuenta tambi\u00e9n con templos y obras de arte de la \u00e9poca colonial y la cultura Rar\u00e1muri, que representa un patrimonio inigualable digno de ser mostrado al mundo.<\/p><p>As\u00ed, Creel promueve aut\u00e9nticas experiencias \u201cRar\u00e1muri\u201d. Hombres Rar\u00e1muri ofrecen recorridos por veredas, que comienzan en el Parque de Aventura Barrancas del Cobre y que cuentan con recorridos de distintas vistas y dificultades. Los turistas pueden tambi\u00e9n cocinar y tejer junto con las mujeres
