El pueblo de Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar se encuentra ubicado en los Andes peruanos. La importancia de sus recursos naturales y culturales, as\u00ed como la forma en la que han sido preservados y promovidos, los ha llevado a obtener distinciones de reconocimiento a nivel nacional e internacional.
El sitio arqueol\u00f3gico de Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar ha sido declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. El sitio ha dado su nombre a la cultura que se desarroll\u00f3 entre los a\u00f1os 1500 y 300 B.C. y que se asent\u00f3 a lo largo de este valle en los Andes. La arquitectura de este conjunto monumental de plazas y amplias terrazas rodeadas por construcciones de piedra labrada, as\u00ed como su ornamentaci\u00f3n en gran parte zoomorfa, dan un aspecto impresionante a este lugar de culto, que es uno de los sitios precolombinos m\u00e1s c\u00e9lebres y antiguos.
El Parque Nacional Huascar\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, lindera con Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar y parte del cual es el Nevado Huants\u00e1n, uno de los principales atractivos naturales del pueblo.
El pueblo de Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar es un ejemplo de c\u00f3mo el turismo puede fomentar el sincretismo entre las tradiciones religiosas y los elementos culturales ancestrales, generando experiencias con impacto positivo en la poblaci\u00f3n y mejorando la calidad de vida de los residentes. La administraci\u00f3n del pueblo ha establecido dentro de sus objetivos principales el rescatar y promover la identidad cultural de Chav\u00edn, aprovechando el potencial tur\u00edstico cultural del pueblo y usando las actividades tur\u00edsticas como un medio de transmisi\u00f3n de conocimientos y educaci\u00f3n a residentes y turistas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201cChav\u00edn de Noche\u201d es una experiencia innovadora, llena de emociones e historia, dise\u00f1ada para los visitantes que llegan a Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar durante la Semana Santa. Durante el d\u00eda se desarrollan en el pueblo diversas actividades religiosas, espect\u00e1culos culturales, ferias gastron\u00f3micas y mercados artesanales. Chav\u00edn de Noche nace como un producto complementario para diversificar la oferta tur\u00edstica y promover el patrimonio cultural del pueblo.<\/p>

Durante el espect\u00e1culo se muestran demostraciones de las ceremonias realizadas por los antiguos sacerdotes Chav\u00edn. Una de las representaciones m\u00e1s simb\u00f3licas es el llamado \u201cpago a la tierra\u201d, que demuestra el agradecimiento por las cosechas cosechadas, as\u00ed como otros rituales realizados en la Plaza del Complejo Arqueol\u00f3gico Chav\u00edn.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Desde 1995 el Ministerio de Cultura lleva a cabo el programa de investigaci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n arqueol\u00f3gica en Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar. El programa genera conocimiento que permite la conservaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del recurso arqueol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como su promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Las actividades de turismo cultural en Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar son lideradas por un consejo tur\u00edstico multisectorial, un espacio de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Municipio de Chav\u00edn de Hu\u00e1ntar y otras instituciones del pueblo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Gracias a la implementaci\u00f3n del programa PROCOMPITE, el pueblo pudo formalizar y fortalecer cadenas productivas en zonas rurales. Trabajan con las cadenas de valor de la agricultura (papa, ma\u00edz choclo, tarwi, hortalizas, aguacate y durazno), ganadera (bovina, ovina, porcina y apicultura) e industrial (panader\u00eda, carpinter\u00eda, metalurgia, confecci\u00f3n textil y zapater\u00eda). .
