regi\u00f3n del r\u00edo Lixia en la provincia de Jiangsu, este pueblo hist\u00f3rico prospera en armon\u00eda con el agua, la tierra y el tiempo. Situado en el \u00e1rea de Xinhua Duotian, reconocida como un Sistema de Patrimonio Agr\u00edcola Globalmente Importante (GIAHS) y sitio Patrimonio Mundial de la Ingenier\u00eda de Riego, el pueblo cuenta con m\u00e1s de 600 a\u00f1os de cultivo continuo y preservaci\u00f3n cultural. Su sello distintivo es el ingenioso sistema \u201cduotian\u201d o \u201ccampo apilado\u201d, donde parcelas elevadas en tierras pantanosas cultivan verduras en la superficie, mientras peces y camarones habitan las aguas inferiores. Este modelo centenario de integraci\u00f3n agua-tierra sigue sustentando tanto a las personas\u00a0<span style=\"word-spacing: normal;\">como a la biodiversidad. Con un 57 por ciento de cobertura verde y humedales alrededor del lago Pingwang, el pueblo alberga 42 especies de aves. A trav\u00e9s de micro-renovaciones espec\u00edficas, se han restaurado respetuosamente puntos hist\u00f3ricos como el Gran Sal\u00f3n y la Residencia de la Familia Shen. Hoy, el turismo florece con eventos culturales y experiencias ecol\u00f3gicas, involucrando al 60 por ciento de los habitantes, la mitad de ellos mujeres. La comunidad equilibra conservaci\u00f3n y desarrollo mediante gobernanza compartida, co-inversi\u00f3n y celebraci\u00f3n del patrimonio. Este es un lugar donde el turismo sostenible no es una visi\u00f3n sino una realidad, arraigada en la sabidur\u00eda local, enriquecida por la belleza natural y llevada adelante por una comunidad
