Qui peut d\u00e9poser une candidature? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

L\u2019appel \u00e0 candidatures est ouvert \u00e0 tous les \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019OMT<\/a><\/strong>. Les villages ne sont pas cens\u00e9s se porter candidats d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. Leur candidature devra toujours \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par un \u00c9tat membre de l\u2019OMT (Administration nationale du tourisme).<\/p>

Les villages recevant le label des Best Tourism Villages by UNWTO et ceux inclus dans le programme Upgrade seront annonc\u00e9s officiellement \u00e0 la vingt-quatri\u00e8me session de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019OMT 2021 qui se tiendra \u00e0 Marrakech (Maroc).<\/p>

Quels sont les avantages de la participation \u00e0 l’initiative?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Les villages auxquels sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9 le Label<\/strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d’une reconnaissance internationale en tant qu’exemple exceptionnel de destination de tourisme rural et d’une visibilit\u00e9, telle qu’une vitrine sur le site web de l’initiative. Ils recevront \u00e9galement un dipl\u00f4me et\/ou une plaque sign\u00e9e par le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’OMT.<\/p>

Les villages inclus dans le programme Upgrade<\/strong> recevront le soutien de l’OMT et des partenaires pour am\u00e9liorer certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments des domaines identifi\u00e9s comme des insuffisances lors du processus d’\u00e9valuation.<\/p>

Les villages des deux cat\u00e9gories ont le droit de faire partie du R\u00e9seau<\/strong>, un espace d’\u00e9change d’exp\u00e9riences et de bonnes pratiques, d’enseignements et d’opportunit\u00e9s. Il comprendra des experts, des partenaires des secteurs public et priv\u00e9 engag\u00e9s dans la promotion du tourisme pour le d\u00e9veloppement rural.
