Zhejiang, Chine. Renomm\u00e9 pour son \u00e9cologie pristine, avec 92% de couverture foresti\u00e8re et une qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;air et d&rsquo;eau remarquable, Xitou abrite plus de 1 270 esp\u00e8ces vivantes, incluant le rare muntjac noir et la salamandre g\u00e9ante. Le d\u00e9vouement du village \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation de son patrimoine naturel et culturel est exemplifi\u00e9 par sa technique traditionnelle de cuisson pour le c\u00e9ladon de Longquan, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue par l&rsquo;UNESCO comme Patrimoine Culturel Immat\u00e9riel de l&rsquo;Humanit\u00e9 en 2009. Cet artisanat symbolise non seulement le patrimoine culturel chinois mais sert \u00e9galement de pi\u00e8ce ma\u00eetresse pour les initiatives d&rsquo;\u00e9cotourisme du
