data-contrast=\"none\">Nkotsi est un petit village situ\u00e9 au sud-ouest de Musanze, une ville de la province du Nord du Rwanda. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des villages faisant partie du Parc National des Volcans, r\u00e9serve de biosph\u00e8re de l&rsquo;UNESCO reconnue internationalement et abritant 30% de la population mondiale de gorilles de montagne. L&rsquo;observation des gorilles est la principale attraction touristique du Rwanda, mais l&rsquo;offre doit \u00eatre diversifi\u00e9e afin d&rsquo;assurer le tourisme comme source durable de revenus pour la population.  <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi Nkotsi rassemble les communaut\u00e9s autour des montagnes de Virunga pour promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement communautaire durable, en impliquant les populations locales dans des programmes qui am\u00e9liorent leurs moyens de subsistance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des initiatives de conservation de l&rsquo;environnement, d&rsquo;arts et de culture, d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de sant\u00e9 communautaire et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le village ne pr\u00e9serve pas seulement la culture et les connaissances indig\u00e8nes, mais est \u00e9galement un lieu o\u00f9 les touristes peuvent venir d\u00e9couvrir \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re personne le patrimoine transmis de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Ces initiatives cr\u00e9ent des opportunit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi pour les femmes et les jeunes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences artistiques et culturelles ax\u00e9es sur la conservation et le
