Le district d’Ollantaytambo<\/strong> est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 94,4 km de la ville de Cusco (2 heures environ), \u00e0 laquelle on acc\u00e8de par la route Cusco – Urubamba – Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo fait partie du corridor touristique pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel Cusco – Machupicchu et, tout au long de son histoire, elle a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 rester une ville inka vivante. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 et reste un pilier important de la culture quechua. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Elle est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre pour son parc arch\u00e9ologique d’Ollantaytambo (PAO), (d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Patrimoine culturel de la nation) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par l’Inca Pachacutec sur deux montagnes, qui constituait un complexe militaire, religieux, administratif et agricole, et un lieu strat\u00e9gique pour l’observation astronomique. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Par le biais d’organisations publiques et priv\u00e9es, divers projets et initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour la protection du patrimoine culturel et inca, pour am\u00e9liorer p\u00e9riodiquement les structures patrimoniales, en s’engageant \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les couleurs traditionnelles de la localit\u00e9, qui rendent la ville d’Ollantaytambo authentique.. Ollantaytambo a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie comme ville pilote pour l’initiative \u00ab\u00a0Pueblos con Encanto\u00a0\u00bb du minist\u00e8re du commerce ext\u00e9rieur et du tourisme, qui marque l’engagement permanent en faveur de la promotion et de la conservation du patrimoine. En outre, les communaut\u00e9s rurales participent activement au Queu\u00f1a Raymi, une activit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e par ECOAN dans le cadre du projet Vilcanota, dans le but de conserver la flore et la faune naturelles indig\u00e8nes et de prot\u00e9ger les t\u00eates de bassin versant, afin de minimiser les effets du changement climatique.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Ollantaytambo compte sur les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de l’acad\u00e9mie Toulouse Latrec pour faire face \u00e0 la crise du Covid-19. Les jeunes professionnels ont con\u00e7u plus de 70 boutiques touristiques et commerciales \u00e0 Ollantaytambo pendant la pand\u00e9mie.
